Eagle Silicon's highly selective broken stripping process has consistently shown a minimal
removal of silicon, along with a rapid throughput capability of up to 15 ton/day.
This is possible due to use of advanced characterization equipment, thorough analytics, precision measurement and
comprehensive data retention. Throughout the process customers are
guaranteed complete segregation of their material. Consistent repeat orders are guaranteed the same
process flow and tools for each order.

Eagle Silicon's receiving process is unparalleled in its
ability to provide precise and timely feedback to suppliers. Every shipment received is handled as described in the following bullets.
The process flow can also be viewed in a graphical view.
- Shipment contents are counted, weighed and photographed.
- Shipment receipt information is aggregated and emailed to supplier.
- The resistivity of received material is tested using state of the art equipment.
Care is taken to test each whole wafer to insure that material is properly characterized
for potential downstream buyers. Representative samples of broken material are painstakingly
inspected to insure that broken resistivity levels are accurately represented.
- Precise counts and resistivity levels are summarized and emailed to shipment supplier.
- Upon completion of the material processing, a certificate of (IP) destruction is emailed to shipment supplier.
Eagle Silicon employs a comprehensive and thorough security solution that starts with the warehouse perimeter, and extends
to include employee tracking, camera surveillance, internal secured areas (as described in the Security section).
In addition, Eagle Silicon provides a service option where
designated material in Eagle warehouse
is stored at all times in secured and locked enclosures within the warehouse.
Any movements of this type of inventory must be supervised by a project manager assigned
and answerable to the material supplier.
