Eagle Silicon has established a whole and broken wafer output run rate as high as 80,000 kgs per month. Inventory levels will vary due to the natural flow of material into and out of the warehouse, but at any point in time there are typically substantial amounts inventory in stock that are cleaned, processed and ready to ship. Following are general specifications of Eagle warehouse inventory.

Whole Wafers

• IC grade – all material secured is from major semiconductor manufacturers.
• Purity - 9N or greater
• Crystal Structure - Monocrystalline
• Surface conditions
1. Bare Whole wafers are 100% clear of all surface patterns and coating.
2. Color Whole wafers that have a film on the wafers.
• Resistivity = 100% inspected and separated to the following
1. P-type > 0.5 Ohm-cm
2. N-type > 1 Ohm-cm

Broken Wafers

• IC grade – all material secured is from semiconductor manufacturers
• Puritym - 9N or greater
• Crystal Structure - Monocrystalline
• Surface condition - 100% clear of all surface patterns and coating
• Resistivity - thorough sampling indicates 98%+ > .50 ohm cm bulk (Eagle is very precise with measurement for this key parameter and welcomes inspection)
